This policy describes how getpmolens.com and the PMO Lens project handle information. Replace bracketed placeholders with your legal entity name and contact before production use.
Who we are
[Your company legal name] (“we”, “us”) operates this website and the PMO Lens materials linked from it. Contact: [privacy@getpmolens.com].
What this site collects
The landing pages at getpmolens.com are designed as static content. We do not use first-party cookies for advertising on the default template. Your hosting provider (e.g. Railway) may log standard HTTP data (IP, user agent, timestamps) under their privacy policy — review it when you deploy.
PMO Lens software
- Excel Office Add-in: reads workbook ranges you choose and can download CSV in the browser. Data processing for HTML generation may occur on the user’s device, via Docker, or via an API you host.
- Optional API: If you deploy the PMO Lens API, you are responsible for describing what you store, retention, security, and lawful basis for processing.
- Desktop / Python toolkit: runs locally; no data is sent to us unless you configure a network call.
Third parties
Links to GitHub, Microsoft documentation, or other sites are governed by those sites’ policies. Generated HTML dashboards may reference public CDNs if your templates include them — review your dashboard templates before publishing internally.
Your rights
Depending on your region (e.g. GDPR), you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data. Direct requests to [privacy@getpmolens.com]. If we do not hold the data (e.g. processing is entirely on your laptop), we will explain that limitation.
Changes
We may update this page; the “Last updated” date will change. Material changes should be communicated through your normal channels.
